The Practice will ensure minimum delay in the arrangement of appointments. Diagnosis and treatment is by consultation only, but telephone advice of a general nature can be given.

Please remember that payment is on attendance. Receipts are available on request.

Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to change an appointments; otherwise that treatment time will be charged at 50% of the full rate.

Off-work certificates will be provided where appropriate. We can prepare Medical Reports, usually at the request of your doctor or solicitor; such reports are charged for separately.
